Real conversation on the current code, captured with Playwright at the app's window size
The onboarding conversation as it runs on the current code, driven end to end against the built app on an empty profile (real model, this Mac's folders). One frame per turn.
What changed since the fresh-Mac test: the folder question is now the second thing, right after you name the client (it used to come last, after tax, payment, terms and addresses). "jaycee day is the business" is read as your own business, never the client. A bare name in answer to "who is this invoice for?" always becomes the client and its project. A rate you have stated is never asked for again. And nothing says "quietly".
